RNI employs two well qualified Internet researchers who can offer three different levels of inquiries:

• LEVEL 1 Internet research focuses on identifying what information exists in the public domain of the worldwide web with regard to the subject of investigation. Turnaround time is normally 1-2 days, and what is gathered would supplement a more traditional background investigation. Findings are more behavioral related; for instance, we search for the way in which individuals portray and conduct themselves on a day-to-day basis. This information is developed from blogs, websites, MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Friendster, LinkedIn, Monster and many other sources. This inquiry is also recommended preliminary to physical surveillance. It does not replace this or other more traditional investigative techniques, however, it certainly can allow for a time savings on the total investigation.
• LEVEL 2 is designed to expand on Level 1 findings, and it takes an additional 3-6 hours of investigative effort. Turnaround time is normally 3-5 business days, and this more in-depth work is only recommended if the findings of Level 1 are significant enough to justify the added expense.
• LEVEL 3 is the most labor intensive of the three Internet research offerings continuing that which is developed through Level 1 and 2 inquiries. It is designed to uncover any e-mails, Internet surfing, chats and/or blogs involving the subject of investigation. This inquiry is performed with highly effective software, and the process is 100% legal. Recognize that whatever is sent or communicated on the Internet travels on an electronic public domain highway. Once posted, this information never really disappears; however, the challenge is to find it! This process is employed for a variety of reasons, some of which include; all types of fraud, uncovering stalking/harassment, internal corporate matters, marketing scams and many others. Turnaround time is normally 2-4 weeks.
